Randall, a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, specializes in copy editing, writing, and communication project management, areas in which he has extensive experience. His company, Randall Ponder Editing, provides expert copy editing services to businesses and individuals. He is a former manager and management consultant in the private/public sectors; he served his country as an active-duty Army Officer. Randall is an MBA graduate of Columbia Business School, and he also has a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University. His undergraduate degree in Management is from the University of Mississippi.
He is a member of The Authors Guild and the American Copy Editors Society. Randall has had the honor of helping leaders, managers, and team members throughout the world as the author of two well-received books on leadership. He has a special appreciation for military veterans, and he is actively involved in supporting their causes.
