Randall D. Ponder

Randall, a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, specializes in editing and writing, areas in which he has extensive experience. His company, Randall Ponder Editing, provides expert editing services to businesses, publishers, and individuals. He is a former manager and management consultant in the public and private sectors, and he served his country as an active-duty U.S. Army Officer. Randall is an MBA graduate of Columbia Business School, and he also has a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University. His undergraduate degree in Management is from the University of Mississippi.

He is a member of The Authors Guild and the American Copy Editors Society. Randall has had the honor of helping leaders throughout the world as the author of two well-received books on leadership.
